Cancellation Policy
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. All no call/no shows and cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment are subject to a $30 late cancellation fee. This fee may be waived in the event of cancellation due to illness.
Late Arrivals
Please be on time to your appointment. Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full scheduled session. Please plan accordingly and be on time.
